Psycho Carnival is an indie desktop app store operated by TayaSun Universe Media. We sell and distribute desktop software applications for Windows and Mac. We also offer an optional monthly All-Access subscription that grants access to the full catalog.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or make a purchase. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

All prices are listed in US dollars. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. Payments are processed securely by Stripe or GoDaddy Payments — we do not store your full card details.

One-time purchases grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the purchased app for personal use on your own devices.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a purchased app and we are unable to resolve it, we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of purchase at [email protected].

All apps, content, graphics, logos, and branding on Psycho Carnival are owned by TayaSun Universe Media or its licensors. Your purchase grants you a license to use the software — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from any app purchased through Psycho Carnival without explicit written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
• Share, resell, or redistribute purchased apps or subscription access
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the site
• Impersonate TayaSun Universe Media or any other person or entity

The site and all apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the site and any downloaded software is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TayaSun Universe Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any purchased app. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
